challenge. How do we keep and focus their
attention? How do we create slides that are
stimulating rather than soporific? And how can we
compete with the constant stream of digital
entertainment available to our students? 

One way is to emphasize engagement over
presentation.

Through discussion and hands-on activities, we
will consider strategies - both digital and analog
- for making presentations interactive, memorable,
and clear.
