To kick off Open House New York's series The Moving City, NYU Rudin Center Associate Director Sarah M. Kaufman led a discussion with Tom Wright, Regional Plan Association President and CEO. The July 9th event focused on regional transportation challenges including suburban sprawl and new commuting patterns, as well as opportunities such as the Gateway Tunnel and East Side Access.
