8,988,898 rides were taken between September 1st and November 30th, 2022
7,809,788 miles biked in total
Percentage of member vs casual rides
78.94% of rides were by members
21.06% were by casual riders
Trip Distance
95.4% of trips (8,572,245 trips) were less than 5 miles long
Trip Duration
79.7% of rides (~7.2 million) were under 20 minutes, 62.1 of those (~4.5 million) were under 10 minutes

22.5% of trips by casual riders were taken on an E-Bike, while 19.3% of members’ trips were taken on E-Bikes.
Trip Time of Day
Members use Citi Bikes more overall, with peaks around 8 AM and 5 PM, while casual riders take trips more in the evening with a peak around 5 PM.
