Memo Writing Bootcamp

This 90-minute lecture and subsequent question-and-answer session provides a rubric for understanding and writing solid public policy memos. An introduction to the format, the lecture focuses on the basics requirements of a memo in terms of content, structure, style and format and provides real-world and student samples to help students understand the flexibility of the format.
