Admissions at NYU is conducted on a deadline-driven timetable. Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed for completeness and forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review. We review all applications as is, however applications that are missing materials are at a profound disadvantage. The Admissions Committee begins reviewing fall applications in December of the prior year. Spring application review begins in September of the prior fall. Master's applicants receive a decision by e-mail according to the Notification Timetable. NYU Wagner will continue to accept applications after the deadline on a space available basis.
Merit-Based Scholarship Consideration
Applicants seeking a merit-based scholarship should complete the application process as early as possible. As long as all required materials are received, then the applicant will be considered for all available merit-based scholarships.

We offer a Web-based application to make our application process as easy and convenient as possible. We do not accept paper applications. The non-refundable application fee is $85 for Spring 2016 and Fall 2016 entry terms.
PPIA, Teach for America, AmeriCorps, and PeaceCorps participants as well as U.S. Military/National Guard members and veterans are eligible for an application fee waiver. Proof of participation must be submitted according to the fee waiver policies and instructions outlined on the online application. An application fee waiver is provided to international candidates that submit their academic transcripts to us via a third party international credentials evaluator. The application fee can also be waived for individuals who demonstrate need at NYU Wagner’s discretion. Follow the instructions in the application to seek an application fee waiver.
