Event Room Guide

Faculty Seminar Rooms

This conference room, located on the third floor, spans 1600 square feet and can be divided into two separate spaces using an air wall. Please note that this room is for faculty only on Thursdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Tuesdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. This space should be predominantly used for faculty-led or faculty-serving events. 

Student Event Rooms

There are two student event rooms located on the second floor. These conference rooms are designated for official student group events, but staff are still welcomed to use them. Alex Monroe oversees these spaces. Please note that this room is for student group events only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Offsite & Online events

EMS is linked to the Wagner Event page, Eventbrite and the Wagner Key Dates calendar. Please note that off site and online events still need to be entered into EMS.

Meeting Rooms

There are six conference rooms available to staff and faculty, three on the 2nd floor and three on the third floor. You may start reserving these rooms through Google Calendar for meetings starting Monday, August 19th. To browse the details on each room, visit the Facilities’ Conference Room page.

All requests for the Rice Conference room (a seventh conference room) usage should go through wagner.officeofthedean@nyu.edu following the same protocol we did at Puck!
