Before sending mass email, please review our best practices:
The Office of External Affairs has created a suite of email banners that will help improve our email communications to students by making it immediately clear the overarching theme of the email. All banners are available for download so that departments that communicate about similar topics can use a unifying identifier.
For example, an email from the Office of Student Services could send out an email with the subject line: "Important Registration Info for Spring 2017" using the Course Registration banner. At the same time, the Office of Academic Services could send out an email with the subject line: "Course Highlights for Spring 2017" also using the Course Registration banner.
For any questions or concerns, email email@example.com. If the topic of your email does not fall into one of these categories, use the plain Wagner banner below, email the communications team, or use your department banner.
