Leadership in Philanthropy
People are the most important asset for social change and nonprofit organizations looking to increase their performance and impact. To help organizations best use these assets, funders and grantmakers can make intentional investments to train leadership skills at grantee organizations.
Led by former NYU Wagner visiting fellow-in-residence Rusty M. Stahl, Fund the People aimed to increase philanthropic investing in leadership development for grantee organizations. NYU Wagner faculty and students advised and contributed to this project’s efforts.
