These stories should demonstrate your curiosity to learn from and motivate others and take initiative on issues or projects that matter to you.

A core component of the Ghanaian Women’s Social Leadership Program (GWSLP) is an individual Action-Learning Plan (ALP) that participants develop throughout the year with support from their organizations and coaches feedback. The ALP should address a critical need in your organization or community. It provides an opportunity to practice new leadership skills and share the gains of the program with your organization and community . The ALP must be related to the particiapnt's field of work, but different to their work responsibilities. The ALPs should leverage existing resources (financial, human resources, networks of stakeholders, volunteers or community leaders) without imposing new resources or time constraints on existing projects or staff.
