Many companies match their employees' contributions, multiplying the value of your gift at no extra cost to you. Please ask your company's Human Resource or Personnel Office for their Matching Gift Form and return it with your next Annual Fund donation.
Stock gifts can reduce your tax liability while providing significant funding for scholarships and academic programs.
Such gifts enable you to leave a bequest to NYU/Wagner in your will. Trusts can preserve income for retirement while also assuring your commitment to your alma mater long into the future.
If you own a life insurance policy that is no longer needed, you can receive a charitable deduction by naming NYU/Wagner as both the owner and beneficiary of that policy. If the policy has a cash value, you can take a charitable deduction approximately equal to the cash value at the time of the gift. In addition, if annual premiums are still to be made and you continue to pay them, those premiums will become tax deductible each year.

Wagner has two societies that recognize alumni and friends who have provided generous support to the School's Annual Fund, which supports core teaching, student services, and programs like Capstone. Friends of Wagner make gifts of $250 to $999. Members of the Dean's Circle provide gifts of $1,000 and higher. Dean Schall personally acknowledges each of these donors, who are invited to a range of Wagner events, including an annual donor reception.
