Join the NYU Wagner community for the Henry Hart Rice Urban Policy Forum, an annual engagement in which public service leaders examine the most critical issues in policy and city planning. This year, we are pleased to welcome Brendan McGuire, former Chief Counsel to Mayor Eric Adams, as he discusses critical challenges facing New York City: the “right to shelter,” the future of Rikers Island, federal and state funding for New York City priorities, and the capacity of the City Council to address complex problems.
