Time:

Location:

Join Bay Area Wagner Alumni for an evening discussion about the documentary 13th by Ava DuVernay. Please RSVP soon as there is limited space and you will need to be on the list to get into the building. To help us ensure a vibrant conversation, guest moderator Lindsey Collins, PhD will guide us with some thought-provoking questions about this film. Lindsey (who is the sister of alumnus Chris Collins) earned her doctorate at the University of California, Santa Cruz in the History of Consciousness program. At UC Santa Cruz, she studied under Angela Davis, who is featured in the film. Lindsey is now a teacher at The Nueva School. Before the event, please take an hour and forty minutes out of your schedule and watch the film on Netflix at:  https://www.netflix.com/title/80091741. We look forward to seeing you on June 22!
