General PublicJoin Students for Ending Mass Incarceration (SEMI, formerly SCJR) for a panel with professionals and practitioners who work in and around the field of the criminal legal system. Panelists include Rashawn Davis (Wagner ‘17), Associate Director, Racial Justice Fund at Change.org; Katie Schaffer, Director of Organizing and Advocacy at Center for Community Alternatives; and Rachel Swaner, Research Director at the Center for Court Innovation. The Event will be moderated by Karina Christiansen, Deputy Executive Director, Operations for Mayor's Office to Prevent Gun Violence. Panelists will share their career trajectories and current roles and offer advice to Wagner students who are interested in working in these areas.
