The Art of Hosting & Dialogue Techniques Workshop, led by Going Upstream will support students in learning how to address challenges by catalyzing collective action through a range of conversational facilitation techniques. The Art of Hosting is an approach to leadership that scales up from the personal to the systemic using personal practice, dialogue, facilitation and the co-creation of innovation to address complex challenges. During the workshop, students will explore collective leadership frameworks and participatory methodologies for enacting leadership amongst circles of influence.
