How are Wagner students advancing social justice work? This cross-sector panel will highlight current Wagner students' leadership and commitments to advance inclusion, diversity, belonging and equity in their public service careers. The conversation will also create an opportunity for our community to reflect and connect with each other around how we sustain ourselves in this work for the long term.  The first 10 people to register and attend will receive a copy of Adrienne Maree Brown's book, Pleasure Activism.

Panelists include:

  • Selene Castrucci, Communications Coordinator at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center and WSA member

  • Mahima Sharda: Gallatin Global Fellow in Human Rights (specializing in women, peace, and security)

  • Siham Khalid-Bloch, EMPA Candidate Global Policy Leaders, Former United Nations consultant, Human Rights Activist
