NYU's Wagner Food Policy Alliance, Wagner Climate Action, and Food Studies Graduate Society will be hosting a composting volunteer day at the Frank White Memorial Community Garden.

This event will dive into the history of community composting in NYC and get an inside look into how the initiative at the Frank White Memorial Garden came to be.

Students will be able to participate in the process of Hotbox Composting and learn about the six steps to breaking down food scraps from beginning to end.
