Are the 120,000 for-hire vehicles on New York City streets serving the nearly one million New Yorkers with disabilities? NYU’s Rudin Center for Transportation will convene a forum on the needs of passengers with disabilities, what the companies can offer, and how the city might legislate.

This event will include:
