Emerging leaders understand the status quo is not working. The next generation of public servants will need to address our nation’s biggest challenges. That critical work starts at Govern for America. The GFA Fellowship is a two-year program that activates and supports emerging leaders to make government work for all of us by placing them into full-time, paid government jobs and providing the training, mentorship, and community needed to use their skills to create better outcomes. As a Fellow, you will bridge community needs with government systems to drive strategic and innovative approaches to unique challenges in government policymaking and implementation – and achieve more equitable, community-centered policy outcomes.
