In New York City stark contrasts in neighborhoods highlight how place affects social determinants of health such as housing, education, employment opportunities, and access to nutritious food.  In this panel, experts  come together to discuss the "Place Principle" and its impact on health equity. Place influences the presence or absence of resources and supports needed to thrive and therefore spans the social determinants/drivers of health.  Panelists will discuss  how geographic location influences health outcomes, access to care, and overall well-being.  Discover innovative approaches to bridging gaps in healthcare, ensuring that no matter where you live, everyone has the opportunity to lead a healthy life.

Doors will open at 9:00 AM, and the panel discussion will begin promptly at 9:30 AM. Light refreshments will be served from 9:00 to 9:30 AM
