The NYU Migration Network Public Conversations bring together scholars, artists, and practitioners for cross-disciplinary exchanges to develop and refine understandings of migration and mobility, its histories, and its political stakes. At The Health Impacts of Immigration Policy NYU's Laura Wherry will be in discussion with Maria Elena de Trinidad Young. Young is an affiliate at the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research and assistant professor at UC Merced whose focuses on the impact of the U.S. immigration system on the health of immigrant populations.

This event is for the NYU community and the general public. Visitors must have a valid government ID to enter the building.
