Initial Meeting of the NYU Faculty Migration Network
Please join us for a meeting of NYU faculty to create a network of scholars who work on issues related to migration and mobility. The purpose of this initial meeting is to decide what form an NYU Faculty Migration Network might take and what it might accomplish. Possible outcomes might include a speaker series, a research exchange or clearinghouse, collaborations, or informal get-togethers.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 31, at 10:00am -11:30am at 19 Washington Square North, where Ann Morning, the Academic Director, has generously agreed to provide breakfast. For colleagues at NYU Abu Dhabi, SRPP Program Head Hannah Brueckner will arrange a meeting room (location TBA) for a videoconference connection. For colleagues at NYU Shanghai or others unable to attend in person, a video conference link has been set up, please see details below.
