Power isn't just something to read about - it's something you experience, navigate, and learn to lead with. In today's workplace, power dynamics are constantly evolving, making it essential to develop diverse skills to influence decisions strategically. Effectively navigating power requires leveraging your networks, using tailored approaches, and practicing consistently to achieve your goals.

Join the Wagner Education Network, the Wagner Management & Leadership Organization, the Office of Career Services, and the NYU Wagner Office of Admission for a 2.5 hour, hands-on workshop that will equip you with the confidence to recognize and manage power dynamics.

You'll learn from Professor Patricia Satterstrom on existing best practices and hear firsthand from Wagner alumni about how they apply these skills in their own leadership paths. In a small-group setting, you'll be able to ask questions, experiment, and walk away with actionable tools you can use right away.
