Meet the Health Programs Director

NYU Wagner's MPA in Health Policy & Management, Online Master of Health Administration, and MS in Health Law and Strategy (jointly conferred with NYU School of Law) degree programs all prepare you to make a long and lasting impact on the health sector. Learn more about what makes each program unique with Professor Carla Jackie Sampson, Director of the MPA-HPAM and Online MHA programs and a faculty leader for the MS in Health Law and Strategy program.

Dr. Sampson is board certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her research interests include healthcare workforce policy, social determinants of health, and anchor mission strategy development. Her areas of teaching experience include organizational strategy, executive leadership, human resources management, and healthcare policy.
