Mindfulness and Meditation Session 2
Join Wagner EMPA student Luis Diego Cob for a guided mindfulness and meditation session offered exclusively to the Wagner community (students, alumni, faculty, staff). These sessions are meant to provide a quick de-stressing break and a space for self-care during these times. You will learn useful tools for mind management, breathing techniques to increase energy, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of well-being and connection.
Luis Diego has over 20 years of experience practicing meditation and has taught these techniques to diverse groups of people, from high-level executives and government officials, to prison inmates and victims of domestic violence through his work with the International Association for Human Values (IAHV).
