The Community Conversations series offer the opportunity for community members to engage in deep conversations around ongoing issues and critical events relevant to Colombia.

This event features members of an interdisciplinary team who were involved in the legal case of persecutions against social movements in the Montes de Maria region in Colombia, which is currently underway under the Jurisdiction Special for Peace. Members will share their insight related to the case against persecution of social leader, Jorge Luis Montes, as well as discuss key takeaways and implications for social justice and social movements in Colombia. Please note: this event will be held in Spanish
