PrivateWhat does it take to heal—in our bodies, our communities, and our world? Join author, podcaster, and somatics educator Prentis Hemphill for an intimate, experiential workshop rooted in their groundbreaking new book, What It Takes to Heal.
This 90-minute session invites participants to slow down, notice, and practice somatic tools that deepen awareness, resilience, and connection. Designed with care for those new to embodiment work, the session offers an opportunity to feel the book’s wisdom in your body—not just hear it.
