The NYU Law School's Real Estate & Urban Policy Forum and NYU Wagner's Urban Planning Student Association (UPSA) are hosting a conversation with Marissa Schaffer, NYCHA's VP of Transactions. She will be speaking about NYCHA's historic public-private partnerships from a finance/legal standpoint.
