Is the BQX Streetcar a good idea? Should NJ Transit and the LIRR be combined into one system? When will the Second Avenue Subway be completed? Is congestion pricing an attainable politically? Join UPSA as we host experts in all areas of transit in the New York City Metro Area who will debate these proposals and ideas for the future of the city and regional transportation network. The discussion would be followed by a time for networking.
