Tuesday, February 27, 2018

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

The Puck Building - 295 Lafayette Street, Rice Conference Room & Newman Reception Area, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10012

Dominican-born lawyer and consultant Graciano Gaillard will present his findings on the United Nations and their relationship with Latin America to the NYU community. Graciano has worked as a lawyer for the United Nations and written extensively on his research and experience at the almost century-old organization. The goal of this event is to provide clarity as to the current position of this relationship, as well as create an open door of knowledge for our students who plan on working for the U.N.,  Latin America or just have a general interest. With over 10 years of experience in consulting and diplomatic intelligence services, Graciano will speak on U.S. policy towards Latin America and the Caribbean, U.N. structure and more.
