Presented by Urban Planning Student Association (UPSA)

After the surprising election of Donald Trump on November 8th, many planning students are left wondering what the future holds in store for both the planning profession and for urban areas. Join us to listen to some of our planning faculty members from all specializations to participate in a debate about what the future will look like in NYC and across the globe under Trump's presidency. Our moderator will be asking questions and eliciting responses that will encourage students to think critically about their role in planning and the role of cities in the future. We will have a Q&A session for event attendees after the debate so that people can ask faculty members specific questions about their arguments during the debate. A reception will follow the Q&A session for attendees to have an opportunity to discuss the topics with fellow attendees and faculty members.
