Burnout, Bye: A Simple Way to Get Back to Better 

Is your battery at 1% because you’re busy working hard in a fast-paced environment and/or taking care of everything else but yourself? If so, don’t suffer solo. Join Certified Transformational Life Coach Shanita Liu (Wagner MPA, 2010),  as she helps you say bye to burnout. During this session, Shanita will help you understand how your daily stressors lead to burnout, and teach you how to tune in using a needs assessment so that you can feel energized to implement self-care strategies that not only serve you in real time, but can also be effective at home/school/work.   

Lunch will be provided.
