Join us for an afternoon of tea, treats, and truth-telling with the Wagner Management & Leadership Organization (WMLO)!

This gathering is all about creating space for connection and conversations. Over a warm cup of tea, you’ll have the chance to:

🍵 Connect with peers – Meet fellow Wagner students who share your interests in leadership, management, and making an impact.

🗣 Share your leadership journey – Exchange stories, lessons, and insights from your own experiences in and out of the classroom.

🌟 Spill the tea on challenges & wins – Open up about the realities of navigating Wagner and leadership roles—the successes worth celebrating and the hurdles we can learn from together.

Whether you’re curious about leadership, looking for a supportive community, or just in the mood for tea and good conversation, this event is for you. Bring your questions (with maybe a little gossip), and let’s steep ourselves in honest dialogue and conversations.
