Participation, Power, and Social Change is a dynamic panel exploring the intersections of policy formation and advocacy/activism. The event will feature activists, policy workers, practitioners, and academics with perspectives on leveraging the energy from political movements to get traction on the policy agenda. The discussion will focus on participatory mechanisms for policy formation to embrace both the current trends in political organizing and Wagner's unique perspective on collaborative mechanisms for action-oriented policy-making and engagement.
