The narrative around the gender wage gap is continuously centered on women making seventy cents to the male dollar. Nevertheless, these statistics are misleading. Among women, there are vast disparities in pay wage due to several factors such as race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, and nationality.
Join the Wagner Women's Caucus (WWC) in Building Bridges Across the Gender Wage Gap by participating in an important dialogue that will provide an intersectional lens towards addressing and closing the gender wage gap.
Speakers: Netta Dobbins, Co-Founder at Mimconnect. Other speaks to be announced.
