Analiza Quiroz Wolf is the CEO of Women of Color Rise, an executive coaching firm, and former CEO of a New York City non-profit. With over two decades of experience leading talent and HR in the military, corporate, education, and non-profit sectors, she has coached leaders, including military officers, social entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives. A former Captain in the U.S. Air Force and Fulbright Scholar, she holds a BA and BS from Stanford University, an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center at the Yale School of Management. Analiza serves on corporate and nonprofit boards, including AARP and Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC), and is dedicated to advancing equity-based leadership and driving organizational growth.
