David has had a 40 year career spanning hospital (including NYU Langone) and health plan administration, managed care, health economics/outcomes research (HEOR) and medical technology evaluation. A 1989 NYU Wagner alum, he was a partner and healthcare leader in two consulting firms during the second half of his career. Some of his advisory engagements led to $100M+ financial impacts. He has been published numerous times in peer-reviewed journals, e.g., the American Journal of Managed Care (AJMC), the Journal of Managed Care Medicine (JMCM) and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC) with key population health and HEOR messages. He is also a Fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE), a managed care expert witness and a Special Olympics coach.
