Joycee Jacob is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Health Administration at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is an accomplished, results-driven healthcare administrator with over 15 years of experience in Healthcare Operations.
As Regional Director for NYU Langone Health, Joycee oversees Manhattan’s largest multispecialty ambulatory sites, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the region. Her expertise in organizational leadership, business development, revenue cycle management, and patient experience has proven invaluable in directing teams to provide exceptional healthcare services.
Under Joycee’s guidance, a multitude of process improvement initiatives have been implemented, leading to significant enhancements in operational efficiency and patient throughput. Her focus on streamlining workflows, utilization and optimization of resources has translated into financial gains for the organization and improvements in patient care delivery, as evidenced by the positive impact on Press Ganey and Vizient metrics.
As a leader in change management, Joycee has led multiple ambulatory expansion projects and strategic programmatic planning efforts, in addition to seamlessly opening new ambulatory sites for NYU Langone Health.
Joycee earned her Master of Health Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. Her academic background and extensive practical experience equip her with a unique perspective that she brings to her teaching and mentoring role at NYU Wagner.
