Julene Campion

Julene Campion is an accomplished human resources leader, consultant for talent management, and dedicated educator.  She brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development to her role as an Adjunct Professor of Health Administration at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Julene's passion lies in developing future leaders. She thrives on sharing her real-world insights and practical strategies with students, empowering them to excel in their careers.  Her teaching is informed by her extensive experience, including her most recent role as Vice President of Recruitment and Organizational Development at Geisinger Health System.  At Geisinger, she spearheaded talent attraction and development, organizational development, and learning initiatives, directly contributing to a high-performing and engaged workforce.  This hands-on experience allows her to bring a dynamic and relevant perspective to the classroom, enriching the learning experience for her students.

Julene holds an M.S. in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.S. in Psychology, Clinical Counseling from DeSales University.
