Julia Konrad is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is also an education researcher at the NYC Independent Budget Office (IBO), where she leads a team of analysts who provide research and analysis on NYC schools, students, and teachers. Prior to IBO, Julia worked as a high school history teacher in a NYC public school. She holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard College, an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Vanderbilt University, and an MPA from NYU Wagner.
