Dr. Noa Gafni is an experienced entrepreneur, board member, and expert in social impact. Her career spans sectors and continents, from working with the World Economic Forum in Switzerland to launching a social impact consultancy in the United Kingdom and running an institute at one of the most diverse campuses in the United States. Noa currently serves as Managing Director at FSG and Faculty at Columbia University’s Climate School. She is frequently featured in the press, including the Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and Wall Street Journal. Gafni received her B.A. in Psychology with High Honors from Dartmouth College, an M.B.A. from the London Business School, and a EdD in Higher Education Management from University of Pennsylvania.
