Olivia Cortellini (she/her) is an Adjunct Professor of Public Service at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She also serves as the Senior Data and Reporting Analyst at the Council for Aid to Education (CAE), a non-profit educational assessment organization. At CAE, she oversees the collection, analysis, and dissemination of assessment data, transforming it into actionable insights for middle schools, high schools, and colleges. An experienced analyst well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative methods, Olivia also conducts research studies related to critical thinking skills and career development as part of her role at CAE. Prior to joining the Wagner faculty, Olivia spent three years working as the Statistics Coach for Wagner’s Master of Health Administration program. In this capacity, she supported students through group tutoring and one-on-one sessions, addressing individual challenges to enhance students' statistical proficiency. Olivia holds an MS from Fordham University, where she studied applied psychological methods with a focus on program evaluation. Beyond her professional life, Olivia dedicates much of her time to musical theater—embracing every role from audience member to backstage contributor to performer.
