Sinéad Ingersoll holds the position of Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at St. Lawrence Health, an affiliate of Rochester Regional Health. St. Lawrence is the largest regional healthcare system in Northern New York with a mission to improve health and expand access through coordination and integration of services throughout St. Lawrence County. In her role, Sinéad oversees the operations of more than 40 outpatient practices. Prior to her current role, Sinéad was the Chief Operating Officer at North Carolina Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat, where she led the team of this private multi-specialty medical practice based in Durham, North Carolina.
She is originally, from Northern Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Psychology from the Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, and a Master’s degree in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University. After spending several years traveling and teaching English as a Foreign Language, Sinéad moved to the US where she pursued a career in human resources and training, first in retail and then in the healthcare industry. She has written for the Administrative Eyecare magazine and enjoys advocating on healthcare-related policy issues at the state and federal levels.
Sinéad is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is also certified as a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association. She is an active member of the national, state, and local Medical Group Management Associations, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She currently resides in Potsdam, New York with her husband and two sons.
