Stephanie Rose-Belcher is a Partner with TechCXO in its Executive Operations Practice as well as Chief Executive Director at Argentum Business Strategies.
Her focus is to drive operational excellence for new, mid-stage and publicly-traded SaaS and healthcare services companies in Nashville. She has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations including Change Healthcare, LEXISNEXIS’ Healthcare Division, Enclarity, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. As an executive, she has managed production operations, product development, market planning, customer relationships, administrative operations, compliance, and technology teams.
As a senior strategic and operations leader, Stephanie partners with CEOs and executive leadership teams to enhance and build corporate value through process design, automation, innovation, data management and a strong, positive culture among employees.
Stephanie holds a Masters in Management Leadership and is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate. She is also Small Business Mentor with the Nashville Entrepreneurial Center and a guest lecturer at universities.
Stephanie was recently named to George Washington University’s Customer Experience Advisory Council.
