Unique Brathwaite is a nonprofit leader and educator with 25 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and fundraising strategy. She brings her extensive professional expertise into the classroom, integrating systems thinking and intersectional analysis to explore leadership and organizational change. Currently a Doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University, her research examines Black women's leadership and experiences of resilience in the nonprofit sector. A graduate of Barnard College and Rutgers University, she is committed to advancing equity and sustainability through scholarship and practice.
