Arts for Learning Connecticut (AFLCT), a nonprofit organization committed to promoting learning and development through arts-based experiential education, seeks to expand into the corporate market. AFLCT asked the Capstone team to evaluate whether this expansion would be feasible for them. To assess market interest and identify conditions for adoption, the study integrates industry research, company-level analysis and stakeholder feedback. Outcomes demonstrate that acceptance level varies across companies and is shaped more by internal characteristics such as openness to arts-based innovative learning, employee engagement priorities, and existing training structures than by industry alone. Based on these insights, the project develops target corporate profiles and proposes customized pilot workshops to test delivery, positioning, and pricing. Overall, findings suggest that arts-based training is a viable entry into the corporate market, however, further expansion needs targeted positioning and pilot-based validation.
