NYU School of Medicine Faculty Group Practice

At the NYU Medical School Faculty Group Practice the resident had the opportunity to be involved in various projects including assisting senior management and practice managers in achieving operational and financial goals. The resident provided research and analytical support on a wide variety of regulatory, policy, reimbursement, operational, and strategic issues. Work assignments also included financial data analysis, benchmarking, preparing fiscal year budgets, business plans, payer mix reports, profit and loss statements, billing reports, and various other reporting tools.
