Pricing and Revenue Strategy for Inclusiv’s FIDAP Platform
Inclusiv is a nonprofit organization that supports community development credit unions and promotes financial inclusion across the United States. The organization developed the Financial Inclusion Data Analytics Platform (FIDAP) to help credit unions measure impact, generate compliance reports, and analyze member data. As Inclusiv expands the platform’s capabilities, understanding its market value and identifying a sustainable revenue strategy are critical to ensuring the platform’s long-term viability while maintaining accessibility for smaller institutions. The Capstone team was asked to evaluate FIDAP’s value proposition, competitive landscape, and potential pricing and revenue models. To address these questions, our team conducted market research on comparable analytics tools, analyzed user segments and willingness to pay, and developed a financial model to assess adoption scenarios and pricing structures. The final recommendations include a tiered pricing framework and strategic guidance to support sustainable growth, broader adoption, and long-term financial sustainability for the FIDAP platform.
