United Nations Worksite Wellness Programs

The Capstone team was asked to create a comprehensive guide to worksite health promotion and worksite wellness that could be tailored to the needs of United Nations’ employees. To frame the project, the Capstone team was assigned two preliminary white papers that addressed the subjects of Crisis Management Policies and Protocols and Multicultural Models of Worksite Health Promotion. The Capstone team also analyzed various worksite health programs and developed a pamphlet that outlined and ranked the best health promotion programs and occupational safety protocols. It included comments on applicability of the reviewed programs to United Nations employees.
