Fabian Leal

Fabian Leal is a doctoral student at NYU Wagner and a doctoral fellow at the Furman Center. His research focuses on labor and urban economics, socioeconomic mobility, and inequality. He was previously a PhD Excellence Initiative Research Fellow in Economics at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Fabian graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Economics, Geography, and a certificate in Geospatial Information Analysis, and is a 2022 American Economic Association Summer Program scholar.
