Among this year’s honorees is Adrienne Abbate, a 2003 MPA graduate of NYU Wagner.

54. Adrienne Abbate (MPA 2003), Executive Director, Staten Island Partnership for Community Wellness

As the Executive Director of the Staten Island Partnership for Community Wellness, Adrienne Abbate has made strides in addressing the borough’s health disparities. Founded by Abbate, the nonprofit organization has provided essential services for over 20 years, focusing on health access, domestic violence, youth wellness, and substance use prevention.

Abbate’s leadership extends beyond the organization, as she also serves as Staten Island’s borough lead for the Partnership for a Healthy New York City, a health department initiative aimed at reducing health disparities throughout the city.
